That is a snapshot of the page, not a permanent count or a claim about the original launch.
The original announcement was published by Bulova Japan on September 23, 2020, and said the collection was scheduled to go on sale in Japan in October 2020. The launch consisted of five watches divided between two series named after Sinatra songs:

Bulova’s announcement described design elements including stainless steel, gold-tone or PVD finishes, song references, a fedora motif and Sinatra’s signature. It also mentioned song titles engraved on strap interiors and case backs, plus special packaging inspired by record-album boxes. These are details of the original launch announcement; they should not be assumed to apply to every watch added to the collection later.
How does the current collection differ?
Bulova’s current U.S. page lists 11 products, a larger assortment than the five watches in the 2020 launch. Later examples show that the line has grown beyond its original song-named series and includes different movement types and formats. Bulova describes the Rat Pack 96B406 as a limited edition with a self-winding 21-jewel movement, a 42-hour power reserve and an edition limit of 5,000 pieces.
