Its 39.3 mm steel case houses Tissot’s Powermatic 80 movement, and the package includes both a steel bracelet and a dark blue leather strap. The “20th Anniversary” name marks the Le Locle collection’s milestone; it does not mean this is a numbered or production-limited edition.
What the 20th Anniversary Edition celebrates
Tissot introduced the Le Locle collection in 2003, the year of the brand’s 150th anniversary. The anniversary watch looks back to that collection launch with a more decorative dial and blue details. Monochrome reported at the November 2023 launch that the model was not limited in production, so “anniversary edition” should be read as a design and collection milestone rather than a scarcity claim. Dial and display
The silver dial combines Roman indexes with blue accents. Monochrome describes a Clous de Paris pattern at the center and a sunray chapter ring around it, details that give the face texture while keeping the overall presentation formal. Blue Roman numerals and leaf-shaped hands distinguish the anniversary styling. The watch displays hours, minutes, seconds and the date.
Case, bracelet and additional strap
The 316L stainless-steel case measures 39.3 mm across and 9.75 mm thick, with a 19 mm lug width. Sapphire is used for the crystal, and a transparent caseback reveals the movement. Tissot lists the US model at 122 g. The watch comes with a steel bracelet and an additional dark blue leather strap; Tissot says its quick-change system lets the wearer exchange them without tools. That system is specific to the supplied arrangement: the 19 mm lug width alone does not establish compatibility with every third-party strap.

Movement, reserve and water resistance
The watch uses a Swiss automatic Powermatic 80 movement. Tissot specifies a power reserve of up to 80 hours and a Nivachron balance spring, which the manufacturer describes as offering anti-magnetic benefits. These are manufacturer specifications, not an independent accuracy or magnetic-resistance test.
Tissot rates the watch at 3 bar, or 30 m / 100 ft. That is the listed water-resistance rating; it is not, by itself, a specific swimming recommendation. The US product listing states a two-year warranty and Switzerland as the country of manufacture.

Who this version is likely to suit
The Le Locle’s Roman numerals, textured silver dial, polished-looking dress proportions and extra leather strap make it a natural choice for someone seeking a traditional, versatile dress watch rather than a sport-focused design. The 39.3 mm diameter and 9.75 mm thickness are useful starting points when judging fit, but wrist comfort is personal. Its 30 m rating and formal styling are reasons to choose it for everyday dress wear, not to assume it is intended for aquatic use.
