The Hublot MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System Titanium (ref. 910.NX.0001.RX) replaces the usual oscillating rotor with two vertically traveling gold weights. It also replaces conventional hands with rotating display rollers. The result is a watch whose winding and time display are organized around a vertical movement architecture rather than a familiar flat dial.
What makes the MP-10 different?
Hublot introduced the titanium MP-10 in 2024 as a limited edition of 50. Its microblasted titanium case measures 54.1 × 41.5 mm and 22.4 mm thick, according to the 2024 launch announcement and Watches and Wonders press sheet. Hublot specifies water resistance of 30 m / 3 ATM.
The watch has no conventional hour, minute, or seconds hands. Its display is a vertical sequence: hours and minutes at the top, a circular power-reserve indication below them, and seconds on the inclined tourbillon at the bottom. Hublot describes the tourbillon as inclined at 35°. The brand says the four indications rotate continuously and uses a red triangle to mark the current reading; its claim that this arrangement makes the display fluid is design intent, not an independent usability finding.
How does the linear automatic winding system work?
A conventional automatic watch typically uses a rotor that swings as the wearer moves, transferring energy to the mainspring. Hublot says the MP-10 retains that mass-based principle but repositions the winding masses to suit the movement’s vertical architecture: two gold weights travel vertically along either side of the central movement. Their movement winds the watch in both directions. A shock-absorbing arrangement manages the weights’ travel, according to Hublot’s description; no independent winding-efficiency test or performance figure is established in the cited material.

The official Hublot instruction manual confirms the two linear gold weights and identifies the large crown at 12 o’clock as the manual-winding control. Hublot gives the movement an approximately 48-hour power reserve.
How do you wind and set the MP-10?
Winding and setting use separate controls. The crown at 12 o’clock is for winding; the time-setting crown is on the caseback. Time+Tide’s 2024 hands-on report says the caseback crown is spring-loaded and pops out when pressed. Follow the supplied manual for the exact procedure for your watch.

- To wind: use the large crown at 12 o’clock, following the manual’s instructions.
- To set the time: use the separate crown on the caseback. The independent report describes pressing it to release it for setting; consult the manual for the correct handling sequence.
What does the titanium version cost?
Hublot and Watches and Wonders listed these as launch prices for the titanium reference in 2024: CHF 250,000, EUR 275,000, USD 264,000, and GBP 227,000. These are historical launch figures, not current offers. No current titanium retail offer, regional inventory, or secondary-market price is established here; check with Hublot or an authorized seller for current local pricing and availability.
How does titanium compare with the sapphire MP-10?
The sapphire MP-10 is a separate variant, not a different price listing for the titanium watch. Hublot’s sapphire product page identifies it as ref. 910.JX.0001.RT, with a polished sapphire case, grey display cylinders, and a 30-piece limited edition. At retrieval in 2026, that Switzerland page displayed CHF 400,000 including Swiss VAT. The price is specific to that sapphire reference and regional page; it should not be treated as a current titanium price or as a directly contemporaneous comparison.

Hublot lists a structured rubber strap and titanium deployant clasp for the titanium model. Its 30 m / 3 ATM water-resistance rating is a specification, not a general recommendation for swimming. The cited information does not establish aftermarket strap compatibility or user-serviceable components.
