GSMArena published the renders and pre-launch specifications on September 16, three days before Huawei’s stated September 19 unveiling. Some details remain leak-era claims, while Huawei has officially confirmed the Pro’s display, dimensions, sensors and 5 ATM rating.
What the September 2025 leak showed
GSMArena’s report described a two-size standard GT 6 and a single 46mm GT 6 Pro. It attributed 466 × 466-pixel displays, 64GB storage and the reported battery capacities to the lineup. Render-based finishes, battery figures and prices were pre-launch information, not guarantees of every retail configuration.

What Huawei officially confirms about the GT 6 Pro
Huawei’s official GT 6 Pro page confirms a 1.47-inch AMOLED colour display with 466 × 466 resolution and 317 pixels per inch. The watch weighs approximately 54.7g without its strap. Its listed hardware includes:
- Accelerometer and gyroscope for movement sensing
- Magnetometer and barometer
- Optical heart-rate, temperature and ambient-light sensors
- ECG and depth sensors
- Microphone and speaker
Those confirmations apply specifically to the Pro. The cited leak does not provide an equivalent, complete sensor list for the two standard GT 6 sizes.

How the standard GT 6 differs from the Pro
Size and wearability
The standard model is offered in a smaller 41mm version as well as a 46mm version, giving buyers a choice that the single-size Pro does not. Exact case dimensions for the standard watches were not included in the cited reports, so the 41mm and 46mm labels should not be treated as full thickness or lug-to-lug measurements.
Health hardware
The Pro is the only model for which Huawei’s published specification explicitly lists ECG and depth sensing. The absence of a sensor list in the leak is not proof that the standard GT 6 lacks those functions; it means their inclusion was not established by the cited material.

Finishes and straps
Renders are useful for showing the apparent case shapes and finish combinations before launch, but they do not establish the final material, colour, strap bundle or regional SKU. Confirm the exact strap and finish on the listing for your country before ordering.

Huawei Watch GT 6 and GT 6 Pro prices
| Market and source | Watch GT 6 41mm | Watch GT 6 46mm | Watch GT 6 Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eurozone pre-launch report (GSMArena, September 2025) | €259 | €279 | €379 |
| United Kingdom review listing (TechRadar, 2025) | £229.99 starting price for GT 6 | Not stated separately | £329.99 |
The euro figures were reported before the September 19 unveiling. TechRadar’s UK figures were later review pricing, and neither source establishes a single worldwide price. Retail prices, promotions, taxes, stock and included straps can change by country, so treat these as dated reference points rather than a current universal price list.
Battery claims: capacities versus real-world runtime
The leak reported a 540mAh battery for the 41mm GT 6 and an 847mAh battery for the 46mm GT 6. A battery capacity is not the same as an endurance rating: display settings, workout tracking, cellular features, GPS use, notifications and software versions all affect runtime.

Gadgets360 reported that the Pro may offer up to 21 days of battery life. The word “may” is important: this is a reported maximum claim, not a guaranteed result for every user or setting, and the cited material does not provide the test conditions.
What 5 ATM water resistance means
Huawei’s official wording says the Pro “Complies with 5 ATM-rated water resistance under the ISO 22810:2010 standard,” indicating that it can withstand up to 50 metres of static water pressure for 10 minutes. Huawei immediately clarifies that this does not mean the watch is water-resistant in water that is 50 metres deep.

- Package Includes: 1 x Replacement Watch Band(Watch not included, the picture is for photography purposes only)
- Due to the difference in display and light, the actual color of the item may be slightly different from the picture. Thank you for your understanding
In practical terms, 5 ATM is a pressure rating for suitable everyday water exposure under the manufacturer’s conditions, not permission for deep diving. The cited leak does not establish an equivalent rating for either standard GT 6 size.
Availability, including the United States
The watches were announced for September 19, 2025. Availability is market-specific. TechRadar listed the GT 6 and GT 6 Pro in the UK but reported that the Pro was unavailable in the United States at review time. That does not establish permanent US availability or non-availability in every other market; inventory and launch plans can change.
If you are buying outside the markets covered by those reports, verify four items on the local product page: the exact case size, included strap, phone compatibility and warranty coverage. A grey-market import can also have different regional software, payment features or service support.

How to read the leak without over-interpreting it
- Renders: treat colours, finishes and strap combinations as provisional until a local retail listing confirms them.
- Prices: the euro amounts are pre-launch Eurozone figures; the pound amounts are later UK review pricing, not exchange-rate conversions.
- Specifications: the Pro’s display, dimensions, sensors and water-resistance information are backed by Huawei’s official page; the standard models have fewer confirmed details in the cited coverage.
- Battery: capacities and “up to” endurance claims should not be compared as if they were identical laboratory tests.
Bottom line for prospective buyers
The leak established the shape of Huawei’s 2025 GT 6 range: a choice of 41mm or 46mm standard watches and a feature-focused 46mm Pro. The Pro has the clearest confirmed specification, including ECG and depth sensors, an AMOLED display and 5 ATM rating. The standard GT 6 may be the better fit if case size or lower launch pricing matters, but its detailed sensor, material and regional-compatibility information requires checking the listing for your market.
