How the moving honeycomb display works
Three sapphire disks, three time scales
Under the hands is a dark-brown, lacquered and circular-brushed brass base. Three stacked sapphire disks sit above it and rotate at different rates:
- The longest-cycle disk completes one rotation every 24 hours.
- A second disk completes one rotation every 12 hours.
- The fastest disk completes one rotation every 60 minutes.
Because the disks are transparent and move independently, their overlapping geometry continually alters the honeycomb impression. The design extends the 2021 collaboration’s static honeycomb idea into a display that changes throughout the day.
Luminous indications
Honey-colored hour and minute indications use orange-emitting Super-LumiNova. MING Polar White lume supplements those indications, giving the display a second luminous tone rather than a single uniform color.

The automatic 330.M2 runs at 4Hz and stores approximately 50 hours of power when fully wound. That reserve can carry the watch through a weekend off the wrist, although the exact running time varies with winding efficiency and operating conditions. Each watch includes two straps: a vachetta-colored goat-leather strap made by Jean Rousseau Paris and a black MING FKM-rubber strap. Both use curved quick-release spring bars, allowing a strap change without specialist tools if handled correctly.
The supplied micro-adjustable stainless-steel flying-blade tuck buckle is shared across the strap setup. The leather strap offers the warmer, dressier presentation of the two, while the FKM-rubber option is the practical choice for wet conditions and more casual wear.
