Which one should you choose?
Choose the SRPL11 for a red dial
The SRPL11 is the most visibly distinctive option in the trio: its red dial contrasts with the conventional stainless-steel case and bracelet. Its listed price is the same as the black-dial SRPL13.
Choose the SRPL13 for a black dial and steel bracelet
The SRPL13 keeps the standard stainless-steel case and bracelet but uses a black dial. It is the straightforward pick if you want a more neutral color without choosing the coated case and silicone strap of the SRPL15.

Choose the SRPL15 for black coating and silicone
The SRPL15 is the only model here with black hard coating and a black silicone strap. Its U.S. listed price is $20 lower than the SRPL11 and SRPL13. That difference buys a different finish and strap, not a different movement or smaller case.
Are the SRPL11 and SRPL13 the same size?
Yes. Seiko lists the same 41.7 mm diameter, 12.3 mm thickness, 49.5 mm lug-to-lug measurement and 20 mm lug width for both. Those dimensions also match the SRPL15, so the listed size is not a differentiator among the three.

Is the SRPL15 worth paying for?
The SRPL15 is actually listed for less than the two bracelet models: $575 versus $595 on Seiko’s U.S. pages. Whether it is the better fit depends on whether you prefer its black-coated case and silicone strap over a stainless-steel bracelet. The shared specifications do not establish that one is more capable or performs better than another.

Seiko says the steel SRPL11 and SRPL13 follow ISO standards for scuba diving and specifies a secure screw-down crown and caseback. For those bracelet versions, Seiko also lists a tri-fold push-button release clasp with secure lock and extender. The SRPL15 product page likewise describes the coated steel watch as following ISO standards for scuba diving and specifies a screw-down crown and caseback; its black silicone strap replaces the bracelet. These are manufacturer descriptions and specifications, not a substitute for checking fit, condition and operating instructions before diving.
