MeisterSinger has introduced two one-time turquoise-dial editions: the No.03 Special (reference S-BM9928) and the Perigraph Special (reference S-BM1128). Both use 38 mm stainless-steel cases and Sellita SW300 automatic movements, but they present the brand’s single-hand idea differently. The No.03 is the cleaner, time-only watch; the Perigraph adds an open date display and more dial architecture.
Two turquoise editions, two different readings of time
The turquoise-blue dials are finished with transparent lacquer. As the launch coverage explains, the surface can show changing nuances as the light moves, so the color is not simply a flat, uniform blue. Both watches continue the color theme with a light-blue sport fabric strap and also include a mahogany-colored calf-leather strap with crocodile embossing. Quick-release spring bars are fitted to both straps.

These are distinct references, not a single watch offered in two configurations. Use S-BM9928 when identifying the No.03 Special and S-BM1128 for the Perigraph Special; those references help separate the turquoise editions from older No.03 and Perigraph special models.

No.03 Special: the focused version
The No.03 keeps the single-hand layout without a date opening. That leaves the turquoise field, hour numerals and minute scale to carry the entire reading. It is the better fit if you want the most restrained expression of MeisterSinger’s concept and do not need a calendar indication.
Perigraph Special: the calendar version
The Perigraph adds an open date display while retaining the single hand for the time. Its hour numerals follow the dial’s circular arrangement. The aperture is framed by polished silver chamfers, and the date ring uses leading zeros, displaying dates as 01 through 31 rather than 1 through 31. This gives the dial more visual information without converting it into a conventional two- or three-hand watch.

How the single-hand time display works
MeisterSinger’s standard single-hand system divides the outer scale into five-minute increments: each line represents exactly five minutes. The hierarchy of marks also identifies quarter and half hours. For example, when the hand points to the fifth stroke after ten, the reading is 10:25. This is the brand’s general explanation of its single-hand display; it describes how to read the format rather than confirming any additional, turquoise-reference-specific specification.
Because the hand covers a five-minute interval at a glance instead of presenting minute-by-minute precision, the design favors an approximate reading and a slower visual rhythm. That is the central choice behind both editions. The Perigraph’s date does not change that time-reading method; it simply adds a separate calendar function.

Shared case and movement specifications
- Diameter: 38 mm.
- Case material: stainless steel.
- Water resistance: 5 bar, described in the launch coverage as 50 metres or 165 feet.
- Crystal: sapphire over the dial.
- Calibre: Swiss-made Sellita SW300 automatic.
- Frequency: 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz).
- Power reserve: approximately 42 hours.
- Caseback: sapphire exhibition back secured by six screws, allowing the movement to be viewed.
The 5-bar rating is suitable for ordinary daily exposure to splashes, but it should not be read as a specification for diving or high-pressure water activities. As with any mechanical watch, the stated power reserve is approximate and depends on winding state and wearing conditions.
What “one-time limited run” tells you—and what it does not
The launch description calls both turquoise editions a one-time limited run. It does not state how many pieces were produced. No production quantity should therefore be inferred from the word “limited,” and availability may differ by region and retailer. The exact reference remains the most reliable way to verify that a listing is for one of these turquoise watches rather than an earlier special edition.

Which edition should you choose?
- Choose the No.03 Special S-BM9928 if a clean, time-only dial is your priority and you prefer the least interrupted turquoise surface.
- Choose the Perigraph Special S-BM1128 if you regularly need the date and appreciate the additional aperture, polished chamfers and 01–31 date presentation.
- Check the reference before buying: S-BM9928 identifies the No.03; S-BM1128 identifies the Perigraph. Confirm the case size, turquoise dial and included straps in the seller’s listing.
Pricing and availability caveat
The reported launch prices were €2,190 for the No.03 Special and €2,490 for the Perigraph Special. They were published in Time and Watches launch coverage dated 13 October 2026. Prices can change after launch and can vary with taxes, currency and distribution, so treat those figures as historical launch context rather than a current worldwide price list. Model-specific official pages, regional stock and the production quantity should be checked before committing to a purchase.
The Bottom Line
The No.03 Special S-BM9928 is the simpler turquoise single-hand watch; the Perigraph Special S-BM1128 adds an open, leading-zero date display. Their shared 38 mm cases, SW300 movements and five-bar rating make the choice primarily about dial complexity and whether you want a calendar.
