A rectangular watch is unique, sophisticated, and timeless. One of the most popular ones, and certainly one that launched hundreds of equally elegant designs, is the tank watch designed by Louis Cartier, which instantly gained popularity in the 1920s. Soon, it became an iconic design—something that not only exhibited prestige but also skills in watchmaking (quadrilateral watches are more challenging to make, for instance—read this article to learn more).
We’re featuring both budget and luxury rectangular watches, from Casio’s retro resin watches to a classic Cartier watch—so there’s something here for everyone. As the title suggests, we’ll arrange the watches in rough order from budget to luxury offering iconic looking timepieces for every style and price range.
